JIng Video
Jing was very fun to create and very easy to download and use. I have previously used this tool in a Graduate class. I hope to soon incorporate it into my small group station activities on the computer. Then I can use it to show my students how to do a task on the computer without my assistance's. I also would like to use it to better help my school when answering "How to questions?" using the computer.

SlideRocket
I found SlideRocket very easy to create a fun and attractive power point. I added a power point I use during a second grade reading lesson into SlideRocket. I added some slide actions and timing to the power point presentation. It was very easy to follow and understand how to create a new presentation. I found it very similar to a power point presentation. I enjoyed using SlideRocket and could see myself incorporating this new technology tool into my classroom.
How can a leader of instructional technology use a blog?
A leader of instructional technology could certainly use a blog in his or her classroom to post assignments, how to videos, power points for the students to access, etc. A blog is a powerful and very resourceful tool for a teacher. I feel that a teacher would need several blog pages to keep personal and professional life separated. Also, a blog for colleagues and one for students. I would think this would be kinda difficult, but maybe have it all in one, but I'm not quite sure how you would go about creating that and keeping everything separated. I also feel in my school not too many teachers have a lot of knowledge about blogs and feel comfortable using them. So I do not think blogs will go far in my school right now. Hopefully, in the future they will be used through out the school to better communicate with one another. Blogs are a fantastic place to get information to anyone quick, easy, and in a friendly way.
